Great emergency option
I purchased this for traveling with my 1 year old, who has a milk allergy. It worked perfectly. He drank it with no problem, it mixed well. We got him cartons at our hotel, and our cruise line had soya, but this was great for the airport and a couple of ports that we couldn't find suitable milk for him. I plan to buy more for our emergency kit, and any time we travel.

Lifesaver for Travel
I have food allergies and bought these so I could make protein shakes while on a cruise. This was worth every single penny! One packet dissolved in 6 - 8 oz of hot water makes a super creamy and tasty soy milk, one you could literally just drink. I used it as coffee creamer, I added it to my protein shakes for extra protein, and I even put some in the fridge and used it later in the day with some cereal. Fantastic product, easy to use, and tastes amazing. If you are on the fence about whether to buy it or not - do it! The individual packets also make it easy to travel with.

Perfect for travel
We knew we would have a hard time finding soy milk in our travels. This worked beautifully to subsititue for our daily refrigerated soy milk. We were happily surprised that it was easy to mix, and the flavor was good.

Great powdered soy milk option
Slightly stronger beany flavor compared to my favorite fluid soy milk brands, but I am accustomed to that now. I add a pinch of salt and a tiny amount of some type of sweetener and vanilla if I'm planning to drink it, but I wouldn't find it necessary to make it palatable. I like being able to decide for myself what I want to add to it depending on how I plan to use it. Dissolves easily in room temperature water. Nice creamy texture shows that it's not really necessary to add all of the gums and carageenan that might be a concern for people with certain health problems. Since I am the only member of my family who drinks soy milk, it's convenient to be able to mix up just the amount I want and only when I want it immediately, so there is not a container of soy milk going bad in the refrigerator. I would take this with me when I go camping or travel. The only downside is the cost compared to shelf-stable fluid soy milk. Because of the price, I would not use this if the whole family was drinking soy milk at home. Haven't tried it in coffee or cooked with it yet to see if it separates or tastes bad when heated like some soy milk brands do.

Clumps Easily
It's difficult to mix/dissolve and clumps easily. Bought it for the purpose of non dairy baking so I guess it worked, but I will not be buying for other purposes. It also had a bit of a grainy texture and tasted different than expected when drinking.

Pretty good actually, but...
~Important quote from LSBF above, who did the math about cost per serving."That's about $4.50 per quart of soy milk."~This is obviously packaged for a foreign market, and is not powdered Silk Soymilk, but is good soymilk. It lists three ingredients, organic soybeans, fructo-oligosaccharides and calcium carbonate. The second ingredient, fructose oligo etc If you search it on google is a prebiotic that provides food for probiotics, some people buy that ingredient evidently to take as a supplement by itself. The taste is what might be called gamey if it were meat, it has a distinct taste that is good once you realize it is not cows milk and it is not a synthetic factory chemical soup, it is basically just powdered soybeans with a prebiotic and some calcium added.Edit to addThe big issue is the price, as some people point out. This is very expensive for powdered soymilk. As per somebody else’s math, it works out to ~$9 per 64 ounces. Kind of hard to justify when you can buy the main ingredient, powdered organic soybeans, very cheaply on Amazon and just add some flavoring.
