My wife also loves me more and no longer mocks my pancake game.

This is a fantastic pan for making my Staffordshire oatcakes. They didn't stick at all and hardly any oil was needed in the pan. It was almost clean after I'd finished cooking. I highly recommend it to all pancake makers.

I have suddenly discovered how to make the perfect pancake. No, not the recipe, although Delia's is still my favourite. It is this pan! The resulting pancake, honey gold on both sides, was the result for ALL my mixture. I wish I had saved my pennies on all the other tried and tested pans in the past. This is the pan for 100% success.

This is a solid piece of metal - easy to handle. However, I do not think that it is as non-stick as I had hoped. I have only used it once, so will reconsider next time I use it.

Good non stick coating, seems it will last. Using for making dosas, but it doesn’t become crisp. For a crepe like texture it’s good.
