Works very well… calming and facilitates restful sleep. Not a sleep supplement, but sets the stage.

I’m not sure if this supplement works. I took 2 capsules a day at first, and it make my urine bright yellow, so I reduced to 1 capsule a day, it’s much better now. By the way, I’m a very small person ( less than 90lbs), so for regular adults, maybe 2 capsules a day is the best.

I'm trying to get on a sleep-s hedule, and these seem to be helping in the evening for my transition to resting. Would be nice if they had just one capsule to take instead of two, but the L-theanine seems to be kicking in.

Whenever I take it, my pee turns neon yellow. Apparently this is harmless and it means I'm taking in too more B vitamins than my body can absorb. But looking at the supplement facts, it has way too high of a dosage for B vitamins (e.g. 25x the daily amount for B5, 10x the daily amount for B1/B2). I can't say anything about whether it helps with stress or not.

I’m sure this is a good product but I was trying to handle my issues naturally and this unfortunately didn’t work compared to my prescription medication 😞
