It's a reboxed SPAL fan.
This is just a spal fan. The ad rates this fan as 1300+ cfm, however the SPAL fan in the box is rated at 1200ish cfm. Save your money and just buy a SPAL.

Reboxed SPAL fan
This is a spal 30100467 fan that derale put in their box, I knew this when I bought it but I wasn’t able to find the spal fan that could be delivered in time so I paid the extra money, other than that it is a nice fan, the motor is all sealed, the fan blade has almost no play, exactly what I would expect for something made in Italy

Spal or Derale?
This is just a Spal fan in a Derale box, but for more money. The fan even says Spal on it. It's a good fan, but there is no need pay Derale an import tax.
