My daughter does gymnastics and starting a few months ago, her wrist started hurting. She tried everything, but nothing worked. The extra small size came with a piece of foam and one plastic piece, while the small size had a piece of foam and two plastic pieces. When you first use them, they feel uncomfortable. But like grips, they need to be broken in. The Tiger Paws fit perfectly and are very snug. I absolutely love the design and how it actually works to protect your wrists. If you are a gymnast, cheerleader, or any sort of athlete that uses wrists, this is your go-to!👌
