this item isn't the best on the market and can tell its a cheap foreign set. but for the price a reasonable set, the end of tee peace comes apart after a while, but you could take that off and make a better one. you can get all information on (you tube) on how to make one, the item will be better to use once you sort out the bar admit there are much better ones for sale but also are very expensive but for beginners and people like me retired and not much money to spare we have to be careful on what items to buy this is an ideal item once sorted out. i have used it with no problem and as for the padlock be better throwing it away ok for a couple of times the one i got all broke inside only used it three times at the most. this isn't the first time with these plastic locks i have had a few they all end up braking, be better of making the item cheaper and forgetting to put a plastic padlock with them, throwing them is better than reporting it because you only have to end up sending the whole lot back and waiting ages for a replacement
