Confusing pics. The 2nd pic shows a curved fitting coming from the bulkhead, while the 3rd one shows a long fitting, & the hose going under it. ???

With the false bottom installed there is no need for any other inside fitting. A curved fitting would be used in a container without a false bottom

Would this ne good for making hard cider?

This mash tun is used in all grain brewing. It has not been designed around or testing for any applications in cider making.

Does the mash tun come with a sparge arm or would I have to modify?
