Most fit perfectly
Most of the caps fit perfectly, some were loose. For what I was using them for they still worked just fine as I was using adhesive to keep them in and make it extra tight.

They perform flawlessly
These cups work perfectly as designed however I had to make a tool to insert them inverted so I could fill the end with hot glue but all and all they perform the job they were designed to do

Good choice
You know, a good wooden dowel and some heavy craft paper will work too. But, save time here. Yes, they fit tite, use of a wooden dowel is a must. Otherwise. Cut to the center and overlap the gap, mind you.
