I have a samsung fd model rf263beaebc. mine keeps freezing over and stops cooling (like everyone). has anyone used this part on this model?

Sorry, this can't work for your model.

I have a rf20hfenbww will this sensor fit?

According to the spec sheet at the bottom on what refrigerators it fits, your model number does not appear. I suggest and this is what I did was download the manual for you fridge and in the back of the manual there is a part sheet for each fridge, I found the part number there and put in the amazon search and wallah there it was. I had it installed and it has worked great ever since. Or go by your local appliance store and have them look it up. My local appliance store had no problem installing a part I purchased. but they said they could not warrant the part.

Does this work on rfg298hdrs

Not according to the spec sheet at the bottom of the page. You need to look up the part number and search it in the amazon search to find it. You can download the manual on the web. that is how I found one for my fridge.
