Very close to ideal but....
The vest is very comfortable and the flasks fit well. I did a 10 mile fell race with no problems.However, it falls down on additional storage. The phone pocket is pretty small. My Pixel 5 fitted, but only without the case!I'd have liked a couple more larger zipped pockets to store other items.
