Ordered this for my cutting table so I could press small fabric pieces for quilting.Folds nicely when not in use or to use for smaller projects. Convenient that it came with pressing cloth and silicone iron rest. Have used it on high heat without issue.

I have a long narrow card table and put this on top so I don’t have to jump up to iron each quilt piece as in sewing. I just swing my chair around and iron at the table. Makes it super handy. I love it!

Leaves indentations on fabric.
I can only use the plain side because the other side left indentations on my fabric that I could not get out. The iron rest was convenient but damaged the other side of the mat. Taking the advice of other reviewers, I layered several towels between the mat and my furniture to keep my.desk safe.
