It's a good size. Easy to clean. Great colour. I still use parchment paper in it but I think it would be fine without it. Food would not stick to it.

First I bought the small cookie sheet to give it a try. They are super non-stick (I still always use parchment paper), easy to clean, sturdy, and the color is sweet! Since then I bought the big cookie sheet and roasting pan. Goodbye old ugly rusty cookie sheets! One last thing, these do warp a little in the oven while cooking, but in their defense I've never seen one that didn't.

This pan was a replacement from a 30 year old pan--but it has far exceeded my expectations in terms of clean up. I hand wash it, but it is a breeze to get clean. So far, nothing I have cooked has been stuck on or difficult to remove.The first one I received was dented, so I re-ordered it, and the second one is fine.

These things are super slippery. Nothing sticks to them. The raised bumps all over its surface also help keep things from sticking while also allowing a more even cook. I would not try cookies on them I would think. I have not but I imagine those same raised spots might cause some cookie headaches. I cant vouch for longevity over years but in the month we have had them they have been great and really easy to clean. Not being metal will also help them not turn into a rusty mess like most do. Now to figure out how to keep family from cutting pizza's directly on them...

Love this cookie sheet! The finish is very pretty, and it seems to be non-stick. I've used it several times so far and its still in great shape, I plan to buy a few more. Highly recommend
