1-e-IT Store handled transaction perfectly. Called twice and spoke with Red - no hassle getting through to him. I had a 6 minute conversation in which he clearly delineated the terms of the SonicWall upgrade process which I greatly appreciated as I didn't want to make a mistake and buy the wrong SKU but I wanted to save money availing of the SonicWall customer loyalty program. Red was knowledgeable and gave me precisely the guidance I needed.2-The TZ350 is giving me my full 300 Mbs download speed which my NSA220 was only passing 120 Mbs through. Big plus!
