Does work, but no lasting confidence in longevity
Does the job for now, but wonder how long it will last if used often. Bought this for my mother who wanted to make a chrysanthemum bread. Lots of cuts and folding needed. The tool does work as expected but needed more force to cut the dough sheet since it is entirely made of plastic. This high pressure needed to cut the lines flex and stresses the plastic handle a lot. Considering it was the only tool we could find online, I was happy to get it for her. As usual, Amazon Prime delivered it fast so I could try it out with her while I was visiting.

Can't put any pressure on it
The point of these CUTTERS is to actually cut through your dough. Any slight amount of pressure pops the roller right off the handle. Cheap piece of junk. It's only good for marking the dough. You still have to cut through it by hand.

Chincer than past models
Got one 9 years ago (Same brand) when starting at a new resort. Lasted almost a decade so when it finally failed came back to Amazon to get another. They cheapened it, Slightest pressure on the handle pops the cutter out of the prongs. The ones made of metal are significantly more expensive but I think I need to go that route. These are not professional (or even home) grade tools anymore.

Poor quality, does not cut through
You can't really put the pressure required for it to cut through the pastry dough. If you are to put pressure, it will likely snap in your hand based on the quality of the piece. Unhappy with purchase
