Vincent Master Case Travel Stylist Barber Case Nostalgic Series (Adventure)

I purchased this case at the end of August and I loved it! I was hoping it would last forever…. I have to take my Barber equipment home everyday at the end of the day when school is finished. I’m 3 months in and the handle has broke in half and the screws that connect the handle to the box have come loose and stripped out. The bamboo box on the inside is beautiful. Well, it was until the bamboo laminate started to peel off on the edges. I’m not satisfied with this case after all the problems I’ve had. Sent the company an email and never got a response. Back to the drawing board.

For an over $200 case, after purchasing it in mid November, it’s now early February and while carrying it the handle came right off, dropping the case with at least $1000 worth of equipment if not more on the ground. I take good care of my equipment, never leave it in a cold or hot car, and always very gentle with my investment. For such a high end case, this shouldn’t have happened, and of course I’m beyond the return time. Not happy at all about this.
