THESE ARE WORTHLESS
ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. These do NOT clip to a standard boat railing. Unfortunately these were ordered and I took them on a trip. Needless to say they stayed in the suitcase after it was obvious they would not hold swimwear, t-shirts, towels or any other items on the rail.rOf course, my luck, by the time I returned the window to return the item was closed.

Clever rail clips
These seem impressive, though I won't be able to try them until late October on a Catamaran sailing trip in the BVI's.The were a little less sturdy than I expected, but I see how they lock onto the railing, so I hope they will work and hold up well.We shall see!

Once used you’ll never go back
We spend a lot of time at the beach/resort/Cruise ship.My wife would never pack a suitcase without them.

Not worth the purchase
I bought these in order to clip bathing suits to the boats railing in between dives. Both sides do not lock on normal size yacht railing, it did lock on one side but not both. There was not a firm grip on the railing and I did not feel confident that they wouldn't blow off as they would move. If I hadn't thrown the package away before my trip, I would have returned these as they were useless for my needs.

Watch your rail size
Not very strong on 1 1/4 inch rail. Might be better on 1inch rail. Used when their was no wind but when a slight breeze showed up in the evening, the towels slipped off. < 5 knot winds.
