I been using only for 4 days, will back for another review if it work or not work. I use it on my belly fat :) . The burn is last about 15 minutes on me, little itchy. One time I put it on, wear my training belt, get on the treadmill, it burn like crazy, I won't do it again. I will only do after showers like it say, not put it on before work-out

Okay so I have been using once a day for 3 days now I put it on my stomach and my upper arms I am going to start off by saying I will come back and do another review in about a month or two after I really get to use it so I can give a real review but so far I can say that when you put it on after a shower the burn is definitely intensified versus if you just put it on without a shower the burn is not too bad it is weird kind of like an itchy type of burn but not too bad I also and we can go have a waist trainer and go to the gym so we will see how the combination works out

I purchased this product earlier this year and tried it for the 3rd time tonight, the first and second time it was itching the stomach area so so bad, I decided to give it another try tonight and it was itching like crazy, the makers of this product needs to go back to the drawing board. DO NOT BUY THISThis is itchy cream

This product is good in slimming routines. I love the feel and texture.

You can’t lose weight without managing diet and exercise, with that said this stuff works as far as getting warm/hot to promote sweat. A little goes a long way, putting too much can bring an uncomfortable hot.I put a dime size for each of my tricep areas, a quarter size all over my belly + love handles & Rub it in well. You gotta rub it in well to help the magic start.During a work out this really doubles my sweat.
