Stubb's Hatch Chile Cookin' Sauce, 12 oz

I've been a Stubbs BBQ sauce fan for a long while, but I was skeptical about this cooking sauce packet. I found it in Amazon pantry and decided to give it a try. We all loved it and my 10 year old asked for it to be put on the dinner menu rotation!

Great marinade! We not only use it for pork but also beef and chicken and eggs.

This cooking sauce is fantastic! It will take you chicken or pork to a new level. Very flavorful and with a kiss of heat.

Great flavor, must admit too hot for me . I'm a mild person but the hatch child flavor was great .

A very tasty sauce, and has a lot of kick to it! It might be a bit much for some with a low tolerance for that sort of thing.

We love this seasoning.... can't find it where we live. We had it while visiting with family in Texas.

I use and love Stubbs liquid smoke. I'm practically addicted to using it in everything I make. So, when I saw a Hatch Chile kit by Stubbs, I ordered three. Now I'm sorry. I learned to love chile from living in New Mexico. I was expecting the Stubbs chile sauce to have a smoky quality akin to their liquid smoke. Instead, it's closer to a BBQ flavor in its sweetness. It might be fine for ground taco meat, but I won't be using it for chicken, pork or beef that hasn't been ground.

So good, made for work party with shredded chicken and it was a hit.
