These are a moderately good fit, but they are on the short side, and the wrist area needs to be tighter. I'm going to try and stretch mine - to elongate them. In the picture they look shaped, but in reality they are more of a slightly tapered tube. The last 3" of the sleeves (wrist area) are for me a loose fit. The upper portion is fine, although they are certainly not a true compression garment. Compression has become a buzzword that gets applied to anything made of Lycra - anything that stretches, and these arm covers are no exception. For cycling, I'm finding that these are not good in cooler weather, as they feel as warm as true arm warmers on the climbs, but cool on the downhills.
