I believe this truly hydrates, but the taste isn't very good IMO compared to some other hydration/EAA powders I've tried.

I've tried many and most were basic and had only bcaa and no eaa and minimal electrolytes. I initially wanted one that had all amino acids with electrolytes and creatine or nitric oxide but those didn't exist. I found this one that had tons of the best stuff all amino acids, electrolytes, nootropics and stuff good for gut health and easy digestion.

Flavor is fine.. Does not mix super well compared to other products I have tried. I gotta say I am slightly discouraged after the first use. I normally experience noticeable energy boost after consuming EAA supplements and this has more EAA with additional additives. I am not able to source the supplements I had been using from an Italian lab which come in 6g sachets. I am skeptical when consuming supplements like this where a bunch of powders are thrown into a jar there is no way to assure that a serving is actually what is intended in terms of ratio. With the sachets you know exactly how much of what is in every serving and you can easily bring them with you during activities.
