I’ve had this item for about two weeks now, and it’s pretty good. My 18 month old son LOVES it. I was really curious about hpw long batteries would last in it because sometimes products drain batteries super quick, but it’s still running like it has new batteries (and we’ve used it quite a bit). The only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because you just pour the liquid for bubbles directly into the top and there’s no way to close it up after use, so you have to put it up on a shelf so that your kids aren’t able to pour the stuff out everywhere. It isn’t that big of a deal for us since I only let him play with it outside anyways. Overall, great product. It blows bubbles really well.

it looks cute but design is soooooo stupid....long story short it leaks !! the bottom dis-attachable "tray" which are tentacles i thought suppoed to collect access water or what not. but it actually has holes in it (purposely made) so it leaks most of the time. so i just dont get it....whyyy this item has a "tray" if its useless !? machine is super loud too but i guess its just my personal trigger lol so whatever. but again it stopped working completely after about 2 weeks of gentle use (didnt drop or anything like that) it just stopped working one day. wont turn on at all. tried changing batteries a few time. didnt help. anyways it looks cute but doesnt worth this money imho.

My 2, 5, and 7 year old kids love this bubble machine! We used it for the first time today and it was really easy to use. It didn't come with paper instructions but there were instructions on the box. It showed where to pour in the bubble solution (included), and to turn it on. That was it! It was already fully assembled right out of the box which was very much appreciated. It included: two 4 ounce bubble solutions and 1 small screw driver to open up the battery pack. Batteries were not included but I read that in the product information before buying. I made sure to have batteries on hand when the bubble machine arrived otherwise my kids would have been disappointed. I think this product is best suited for kids ages 2-10! We didn't know how much solution it would take so we just poured one full 4 oz bottle in and ran it for about 10 minutes. It produced hundreds of bubbles with no problem the whole time. After we were done playing there was still plenty of solution left over. A cool feature is that you can pull out the solution compartment and pour it right back into the bottle! It was easy to take out and put back in. My favorite aspects about this bubble machine is that it came assembled, and all we had to do was pour the bubble solution in and turn it on. Something I didn't realize when purchasing is that it LIGHTS UP (even though it says it lights up on the box)! My daughter discovered this by getting up close to it. I didn't notice because we were outside during the day and the sun was bright. I'm not sure when you would be using a bubble machine in the dark but if that is ever the case, the lights would definitely add to the fun. The only improvement I would suggest is to include batteries, it takes 3xAAA. All-in-all we were very happy with our purchase. I gave it four stars because it didn't come with batteries and because the compartment for solution is open to the top and if knocked over could easily spill out.

I bought this for my 14month old for Christmas this past year. She really enjoys it and my seven-year-old does as well. The qualities okay not the best by any means but for the price it does the job. The bubble solution that it comes with is slim to none and not very good quality. So you'll definitely have to buy more or make some, pretty much the day of first use. Also be careful when filling the reservoir not to overfill even a slight bit because it leaks everywhere if you do make that mistake. Lastly the battery life is probably a five on a scale of 1 to 10. You'll definitely notice the difference as they die because the fan doesn't blow and the bubbles come out barely if at all. Overall though I would recommend it as inexpensive Toy or easy gift the octopus itself is really cute as well.

We’ve had a lot of bubble machines pass through our house and this is definitely our favorite so far. The octopus is adorable and makes lots of bubbles. I think part of the reason it works better than other bubble machines is that you just dump the bubble solution into the reservoir unlike other machines that use a tube and bottle to suck up the solution.

I bought this for my nephew for his birthday. He was sooo excited because he's into bubbles and when we finally set it up, it worked really well...until it STOPPED working after 5 minutes. I thought it was batteries at first because I wasn't sure if the ones I placed was old, so we changed them to brand new batteries, but then, it just stopped working. I ended up blowing bubbles for an hour to keep my nephew happy. I read the reviews and some didnt have any complaints about mulfunction, so maybe what I got was defective. Anyway, I ordered a new one since I couldn't return the old one anymore, it was past the return date. Let's just hope it works. I'll update this review after we try out the second device.

My 1 year old loves this and so do I! Make sure to have your batteries ready because you will want to play with this as soon as you get it! The bubbles are galore! My son just ran through them. I love this product and so cool to have for the summer!! Another reason to go outside!

TONS of bubbles, the eyes light up, it's easy to operate, easy to clean, and salvage unused bubbles. It only takes 3 triple A batteries and the box comes with easy instructions, two bottles of bubbles and a little tool to access the battery area. VERY cute and sizable toy and great for kids to play independently or multiple together to enjoy! This will be be making our gift-list, we can't wait to also give it to others, this octopus is absolutely adorable!
