I saved about $175 putting this in myself the filter was OEM
This is an amazing story, the Dealer local Sarasota that girlfriend and I had a dozen cars in there. I called them up and they said oh it’s $150 for that and the cabin air. I got them both together. The car was running rough I could feel that I’m a trained auto mechanic and engineer so Put it in perfect that car is double fast. It’s a Hyundai 2.0 turbo I couldn’t believe how dirty that old silver was. This is superior. They probably would’ve charged me $200 or more if they put it in of course I did it myself. This is a godsend

Air filter fits and works just fine; you can save money if you do it yourself too.
This air filter fits my vehicle and works properly. I'm not sure why other reviewers are dinging the PRODUCT because it doesn't fit their car, or they had a problem with the seller. The review is supposed to review the product as it works. If it doesn't fit, you don't know how (or if) it works. Anyway, as another reviewer said, this is an easy way to save money while keeping your car going and to improve your mileage. You need NO tools to change this out. All you have to do is this:1) Find your "air filter" compartment, almost always under the hood and kept closed by some simple clips that pop off and snap on.2) Unpop the clips, and then pull the top piece off the bottom so there's space to remove the filter (about 1-2 inches thick.)3) Pull out the old filter with your hands. (It's NOT hot, and there are NO moving parts or oil to drip on you. An OIL filter will have oil in it, but all an AIR filter has in it is....(duh) air...) If either side looks dirty, you should replace it. For myself, I change my air filter every 3rd oil change, so very roughly every 7500-10000 miles. If it still looks clean, stick it back in.4) Snap the clips shut. That's it. You can ask a dealership what they'll charge you to "replace the air filter", and I'll bet they'll try to stick you for $30-50. So you can save all that money but for the actual cost of the filter by doing it yourself. Many newer cars also have "cabin" air filters which filter the air inside the car instead of inside the engine. These are usually equally easy to change as well. Just remember the "cabin air filter" is not likely to be the same model number as the "engine air filter".
