Strange user-unfriendly design
I bought this coffee maker after my latest Keurig product died, based on a Consumer Reports review. I don't know why CR graded this maker favorably. Really the only features I liked about it are the dual drip/cup capabilities and the charcoal water filter for each reservoir. But that's where the convenience ends. The drip reservoir is internal, and the ridiculously TINY opening for filling it is behind the coffee filter opening, guaranteeing that you will spill water into the filter and all over the countertop behind the machine each time you try to fill it. Condensation on the inside of the drip reservoir lid runs down the back of the machine onto the countertop when it is raised. The lid on the glass carafe snaps on and off with a couple of tiny clips instead of lifting on a hinge like you would expect. The transparent reservoir for the K-cup side of the machine is removable, but it's on the back of the machine, so you can't see the water level and it's difficult to remove and replace without spilling or dropping. It has a bail handle in the top, which seems like a good idea, but the handle is too flimsy for the weight of a full reservoir and mine broke on the first use. The reservoir on my machine also leaked slowly onto the countertop which was the final straw that sent this machine back to the vendor for a refund. Knobs on the front of the machine are small and flimsy-feeling. The K-cup side does not have a control for brew strength, and the nozzle sprays coffee all over the surrounding countertop when it is in use.

Space saver!
I really wanted to try this machine despite some negative reviews. I purchased this refurbished coffee maker and am glad I did! It is in perfect condition and came with all the factory original accessories, absolutely no signs of wear. Love the removable pod side water reservoir and separate water filter. Despite reviews that complained of pod splattering, I use a tall mug not a tea cup and don't have any issues. One trick I found is to place the pod and puncture, then remove pod and rotate to puncture a second time for a smoother flow and a stronger flavor. The full pot side also has a filter, it is a little awkward to fill with water but a funnel solved that for me. I like the adjustable temperature warming plate and adjustable timer for turning the machine off as well as the strong brew option. So far I am very happy with this purchase. Anybody want to buy a used Keurig coffee maker??

Leaking Problem -- SOLVED
I gave this coffee maker 4 stars because as many others have noted, it leaks. Or so it appears. After the first use I noticed a puddle too big to be simple drips on the countertop, and I was dismayed I'd have to pack this thing up again and send it back. However, after doing some troubleshooting, we've determined the issue. It didn't leave a puddle when using the single-serve side, but only when using the side with the carafe. So, first thought was water got spilled when filling the reservoir. Noting that no water was spilled, I was stumped, until the next day when my reusable filter arrived and I went to place it in the machine. The carafe side had not been used at all, but the condensation was still so heavy inside the reservoir and the carafe, itself, even after over 24 hours of non-use, and the outside edge of the coffee maker was warm where the single-serve side meets it. That little bit of heat seemed to be enough to keep ramping up the condensation on the carafe side. So, we tried an experiment. We used the carafe side, but left the coffee maker pulled out from under the cupboards (it's too tall to use under them) and left the reservoir lid open so the reservoir could air dry. Lo and behold, no puddle! So, I give this coffee maker 4 stars for a design flaw that causes excessive condensation, which will leak all over the counter.

Great product
So far so good, its always lit up with a pretty blue hue. It arrived sooner than expected, the feature I really like is the single cup brew is a push of a button, no switching anything. Would definitely recommend.
