John Nicholls 12:45 PM (1 minute ago) to Armor I bought one of your Auto-Jig APJ-1400 I thought it looked like a great idea. After using it I find the leaver that draws the wood in tight before locking it does not tighten the wood enough to stop it from moving when drilling. A lever would make a much better method of bringing the piece in tight to lock it in. Also, the metal block with the 2 holes for drilling, binds the drill bit in every time you use it, don't know why unless it's just heat from drilling. I'm going to open this hole up by a couple of thousands to see if this is the problem. Other than those issues I love the device, if I can get those issues corrected it will make pocket hole drilling faster than lightning, which is good. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate hearing from you.
