Comfortable camping for family of 6
The instructions for setting this tent up are miserable at best. They come printed on a small flap inside the carrying case and are barely legible which makes it very difficult to reference part A and Part F when it's printed so small that the text bleed over makes both letters look the same. They also skip some basic steps that can make it far more complicated or confusing than necessary. First time setting it up took about 90 minutes, tear down took about 30-45 mins. Total tent footprint is 25 feet long by 17 feet deep so you'll need to think about where you want to camp and make sure you have space.Upside is that once you actually get it put together the first time, it makes sense and goes together much quicker on subsequent tries. 3rd try it went up in about 45 minutes. Would definitely be easier and faster with 2-3 people but is "possible" with one.Tent itself is fantastic. The main room holds a queen size air mattress with 2+ feet of walking space on all sides. The 2 "side" rooms hold a queen size mattress with about one foot of walking space on each side. It has a ton of windows for ventilation and hanging points to hang lights throughout the tent. The screen porch area is sizeable and useful. It probably wouldn't fit a picnic table, but it does provide space for coolers, shoes, gear, chairs etc. The only downside to the screen porch is that they do not provide a way to attach it to the tent along the sides which leaves a 3-4" gap between the screened room and the tent for bugs to get through. I'm thinking about taking some velcro and rigging it up myself. We use a thick tarp under the entire tent and screened room to minimize dirt being tracked in and out and to minimize how dirty the actual tent gets and it works great. The only "issue" with using the tarp is how you anchor the tent to the ground (unless you don't mind just poking holes through the tarp.Overall, great tent so far (only owned it 3 weeks), family loves it and we hope it ends up being as durable. as we expect it too be.

Bought this tent after many hours searching for the perfect tent. We call it our compound
Bought this tent after many hours searching for the perfect tent. We call it our compound... its amazing for myself wife and our 7 year old daughter. Went up in 35 minutes with 2 people. Lay everything out first then put together. Stormed like crazy when camping for a week ( we got evacuated due to winds and rain 2x ) and not a drop of water inside the tent!! Best tent I have ever bought I would recommend to everyone!!!!

Solid tent, tough but doable to put up solo. Screened area needs improvement.
Put this thing up at least once at home, and mark the poles. There's like 8 different sizes, and they aren't marked. Otherwise, it's big and seems durable. My biggest complaint (as noted in other reviews) is that the screened in area does not attach to the tent all the way down. It clips at the top and bottom, but there's a large gap along the edges between tent and screen. The screened area also doesn't stay flush to the ground very well. Thus, it's not very effective at keeping airborne or ground bugs out of the screened in area.

Good, but not great, especially for the price
I really wanted to love this tent - it seemed to have everything we needed for our family camping trip. But the more we used it, the more little problems started to pile on, making this a sub-par tent, which is really disappointing given the high price tag. I listed the things that I liked in the pro section below, and listed the problems we ran into in the con section.PROs:-The screen room is very spacious - my family of 4 and our dog could hang out under it, in chairs with a small table, easily.-Tent bag has wheels like a rolling suitcase, so easy to pull along a smooth(ish) surface - did okay on grass and gravel did better on pavement and packed dirt.-Obviously it's a very roomy tent, and center room height accommodated my 6'4" husband no problem. We were able to get our queen sized air matrass in the center room with space to walk around, and our two kids used a full sized matrass on the right end. We used the left end of the tent for our clothes and other camp supplies, our dog, a 150 pound mastiff, and her giant bed (4'X5-1/5'). There wasn't much room left after that, so beware - I struggle to see how 14 people and their belongings will fit in this tent.-each room has an internal door that zips all the way shut, which has it's benefits. However, it's not bug free because of the small, intentional gaps along the bottom of the divider wall (tent was sewn that way)CONs:-It's heavy!! I knew it was going to be, given the size, but it was heavier than I expected. The wheels make transporting it easier, but depending on who you are, you might need help when lifting it.-It's difficult to set up the first time or two - instructions printed on tag are very small and hard to read. We labeled every pole and the picture to make subsequent set ups easier.-Maybe it's just our tent, but the seams are significantly stressed after the only, one week, camping trip we took this past summer (2019) to the point where water will come in if it gets wet. The area is so tight, it's literally pulling at the seams, hard, and I'm worried it will rip after the next use. We were really disappointed with that. There is also a spot on the floor between the center room and the room on the left (facing front of tent) that bubbles/puckers up. Again, it seems our tent may not have been sewn correctly that it's so tight in these spots and it's stressing the seams really bad.-the screen room fly section has the two "windows" on either side of the door section, but the fly does not stay taught enough along the top, and in heavy rain, the water just poured in through the window screens. poles on the inside to hold the roof line outward would definitely help this, but alas, does not exist, so be prepared for lots of water to flow in (in heavy rains)-The doors opening from the outside to each of the rooms, or the internal doors, do NOT have a screened window section on them, so if all the doors are all zipped closed, you will not get a cross breeze, and it gets HOT in there.-The rain fly along the back section of the tent is secured by guy lines, but they're not placed well, allowing the rain fly to rest against the tent. This allowed water to run down the entire backside of the tent, directly over the rear windows. If the guy lines were attached just above the windows, when secured and made tight, rain water would shed off the rain fly and not flow over the windows. We had lots of leaking along the zippers of the rear windows during the one dig storm we had. I'm handy with a sewing machine, so I carefully took the guy line attachments apart, and affixed them directly above the window, so I will edit this post in the future to see how much better it works. (The rain fly does extent out past the tent sides on the ends, keeping water off the windows on either end. I wish the same engineering could have been applied to the backside as well.)-The screen door is VERY tight, and we had difficulties getting it to close. We had to pull the door panels together before zipping it down, and even then, we couldn't get it zipped all the way to the bottom, so there was a 6-8" gap. Given that two sections inside the tent are extremely tight, stressing the seams, it didn't surprise me that this was an issue also. We worked diligently to remedy this (to keep bugs out), but nothing we did to adjust the rain fly helped.-The rain fly does NOT fasted to the ends of the tent well, leaving a large gap between the fly and the tent, letting in lots of bugs. Spiders and most other bugs don't bother me, but we really wanted to be able to keep out the mosquitos, and subsequently, the hornets, for a place to retire in the evening without having to be fully inside. with enough mosquito repellants, we were able to make the most of it, but it's not what we had hoped for.

Home away from home
Our family of four took this tent primitive camping in Colorado. We enjoyed it so very much. We had our niece and 2 nephews stay over one night and we had plenty of space. We set it up prior to our camping trip which was a good thing because set up was a little challenging. Husband had to google it. Once we figured it out we had no issues. We had our fair share of rain with no issues. I would highly recommend this tent to anyone looking for plenty of space.
