PGN UCF205-16 Pillow Block Bearing - Pack of 4 Square Flange Mounted Pillow Block Bearings - Chrome Steel Bearings with 1" Bore - Self Alignment

The 1" bearings I received (~0.999) seem to be sized for for an interference/shrink fit with a 1" shaft (~1.001). They are not a slip fit, but they fit together beautifully when the shaft is chilled in the freezer and the inner race is warmed to around 120 F. The 4-bearing set I received were all within tolerances for shrink fitting, I was pretty amazed at the tolerances considering the cost. I actually wanted a slip fit for my project, but was able to hone the inner race to fit with a spindle sander without too much difficulty. Not the best method for critical work of course, but adequate for my purposes. My only complaint is the self-alignment cage is stiff and pretty difficult to adjust.Ignore the video review about these being crooked below, this guy had no idea what he ordered. These are SELF-ALIGNING bearings, the outer cage is supposed to be adjustable for out-of-alignment situations.

The media could not be loaded.  A total ripoff. How ironic that a fugazzi company in hot ass Miami names itself penguin bearings and shipped me all inoperable bearings that they pressed in crooked, very inoperable. If they would have at least done a visual inspection then they would have known that they shipped inoperable unusable products to me, or they don't operate in good faith and knowingly shipped the unusable and deficient products to me. Typical Miami vendors, they are never to be trusted and this is yet another prime example of pgn bearings not operating in good faith. PGN Bearings cannot be trusted!!

No, they're not fidget spinners. Well, they're not supposed to be, but 2020, so yeah. Totally fidget spinners.4 hefty chunks of metal came individually, safely boxed. They're exactly as I ordered, sturdy and ready to work for anything I need.

Packing was in tack, opened and every thing looked in tact, except, 3 of the grease fittings dust covers was missing. Not a big deal, need a little more attention to details. Hopeful that the bearings will work good, when I put them in service. Not a 5 star.

Well constructed, didn't realize upon purchase that the bearings are allowed to rotate and self center inside the blocks.
