About the Supplement: I love taking magnesium, it is filled with so many different health benefits. This supplement is great because it is filled with so many other herbs which carry their own health benefits as well. I take the recommended 3 capsules every night right before I'm ready for bed, within 20 minutes I'm asleep and I sleep WELL. Since taking these I noticed my rest heart rate at night and decreased and I wake more rested than I ever have. About the Brand: Ancient Nutrition has some of the best and pure products on the market. They have done an amazing thing and utilize natural herbs and spices that we used to consume on a regular basis, but no longer have it available to us due to our diets. Anything from them is well worth the purchase. Pro tip: Don't take this until you are ready to fall asleep, if you take them and stay up watching TV or on your phone, they will not help you sleep. Turn off screens (you should do this anyway), turn off lights, pop the magnesium and close your eyes.

I’ve noticed that I’m a little more regular since taking them. About two going on three weeks since starting them. They are LARGE! I started taking two capsules instead of the recommended three just to make sure my body gets used to them. At first they were a pain to take but now I have mastered to get them down with no problem. I take them during the week right after I work out before breakfast and on the weekends right before breakfast. It says you can take them on an empty stomach I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND doing that it can make you nauseous so I would recommend right before you eat. It pairs well with my prebiotic/probiotic so that’s good. I got this on a whelm because I’ve had random chest pain and muscle fatigue for months and I researched the importance of magnesium and how it is the 4th most important mineral your body needs. So I decided to try it out. My chest pain isn’t nearly as frequent and I’m easing myself back into upperbody workouts. I’m waiting for the affects of helping with anxiety but it’s only been two going on three weeks. So far so good.

While going through a health program my nutritionist and doctor advised me to start taking Magnesium supplements to help regulate my system. Trying to eat healthier helps as well and now have to work on getting in exercise. Everyone should look into eating healthier and not eating so much processed foods and foods that contain chemicals that run our body down.

I have purchased this at our local store but after they discontinued the product I decided to check amazon and I was happy that they sold it. It arrived over night for which I was happy about. Since taking this, I have a lot of energy, I fall sleep at the time I need to and sleep throughout the night. I always had issues fallen asleep early and waking up throughout the night, but this mineral helps.
