Highly recommended
It is very compact, one time cooking for a family of three. It's not very thick but good enough for the purpose, and good enough for the price. End up drilling holes to the rest of dohkla plates as I use steamer more. Worth the price. Don't expect heavy weight as it is also cheap in price. Space saver too.

Good product
It's light weight. And it has got appropriate thickness. But it's a bit expensive.Moreover, the quality of aluminium used is not good. So, the inside part of its bottom has darkened after a couple of uses.

Received a used cooker which was already melted from bottom
I received a used idali cooker which was melted from the bottom. One can imagine someone tried to use it and at the first time itself the cooker bottom melted indicating the worst quality of cooker. The plates ware bent and very very delicate to use. Also seller must have known that cooker is damaged but still shipped the same. It was re-packaged sticking multiple tapes over boxes.
