Vintage Style Oval French Wall Clock Galerie du Gaston

This clock looks great in our home and several years later is still telling good time.

So beautiful! We hung this in our kitchen/breakfast room area (over a door) and it looks fantastic! The clock is large enough, even being hung over a door, that you can still easily read the time standing 20-25 feet away. It does NOT look cheesy & cheap like so many clocks you find these days. My husband's father (who is from Spain) asked if it was an antique. It is very easy to hang as it is...no problems at all hanging it from a simple nail. Round clocks can become a bit boring (from a design perspective)...this oval shape is a refreshing change. Perfect for our French Country kitchen! Great price too!~Manuel's wifeUpdate: 2 years later it is still keeping perfect time and it still super quiet! I will be buying one for my mom and dad. Great buy! If you like how it looks in the Amazon photo, you will LOVE it in person. I believe it looks even better in person.

This is a nice large wall clock, the front is glass and it is a quality clock.

This is a great looking clock, it's made really well, works wonderful. I didn't give it five stars due to the fact it is difficult to read. I love the oval look of this clock, but i feel that is the main issue of difficulty reading the time. If this isn't your main source of checking the time, which who only has one source of checking time anymore :) then order this clock if it's your style !

I bought this clock in April 2015. it still works great. keeps time accurately. no issues what so ever.

After returning a more expensive clock that I purchased on Amazon, I was hesitant to try this, but I did. It's wonderful. Much better quality than more expensive brands (that I had originally bought). The size is great and keeps great time (which is the most important element of course). It looks very antique-finished and is beautiful. I recommend this clock. It's in my home office, which is decorated with many special objects....not industrial looking but homey looking. Fits right in.

Appears to be decent quality but had I known a few things I might not have ordered it but this was the only one i could find that size, most were way too big or very small. The oval is side to side not up and down. This gives the clock a weird pumpkin look and the hands are very close to the same size so it's extremely hard to tell which is which and that really sucks.

It looks very nice on the wall if you look closer you will see it is made in china it is made out of metal but I would not call this the highest quality. The parts that are lacking you can not see but for the price of this clock I expected more. I do want to say it looks great on the wall and it came exactly as described.
