And if we’re talking about the world of batteries and power cells, what could be more reliable than Energizer? At least if you believe the advertising. This product is a set of two 9V batteries. These types of batteries are used in a variety of devices, such as medical equipment like blood pressure monitors, some children's toys, and in the past, even in TV remotes. However, nowadays, they are most commonly used in smoke detector devices. I used them for smoke detectors both in my own home and in rental properties we manage. In all these cases, everything worked perfectly and continues to work well without any issues. I Would Only Go With Duracell or Energizer....
It's late Friday night and the Carbon Monoxide detector starts chirping....they say replace the battery once a year but I generally don't. Do I have a new battery to put in? Nooooooo. Do my relatives" Again, no. So I disable the alarm and check the stores the next day. Batteries in the stores are too expensive and I don't trust the store brand. So I ordered these. They took about a week to get here, not great but o.k. The price was right and it's Energizer, a good brand. Expiration on the batteries is 12/2023, which is 4.5 years from now. Put in new battery, it works, no more chirping. And I have an extra one for next time. That's one problem solved this week, yay!
