Bandai Hobby #163 HGAW Gundam Double X Model Kit, 1/144 Scale (BAN183664)

Looks absolutely amazing. One of the best looking gunpla for the price in my opinion.

This was my first Gunpla. Had never built one before so not really sure how it stacks up against other HG. But that being said it is an awesome kit and totally hooked me into Gundam. Great movement and pose options and the twin satellite cannons look and move great. All and all an awesome model. Now I'm hooked on gundam.

Great product, lots or stickers

I like this kit... Proportions are good, movements are decent for HG. Only problem was the delivery. I've had my doubts when I saw the crushed box, and my fears realized when I opened it. There were about ten different parts came off the runners and loose within the bag. Luckily no significant damages to the parts were there. They were just ripped off from the runners and I had to do additional sanding and filling the ripped spots with putty to correct the damages. That's all good, because I planned to prime and paint the kit anyways...

Had fun for a first build its awsome

I just finished putting this one together (my first Gundam model ever). There are a fair number of steps, but even without using any tools the build went surprisingly easily. The suit has good articulation, but I do seem to have an issue with the upper half not really wanting to stay connected to the lower body sometimes. It doesn't just fall off, but sometimes when repositioning the wings or shoulder cannons, for example, the top might become disconnected. Not a big issue really.

Non mi sento di criticare questo modello ma dato che il busto si sgancia facilmente dal resto del corpo può rovinare l'esperienza e il divertimento che deriva dal mettere in posa il Gundam.

utterly one of the best hg kits i've built so far, the solar panel stickers are a nice touch
