Q: Amyone know what bios rev this ships with?

Purchased one in April 26, 2021. It had P3.30 and supported a Ryzen 7 3700X out of the box. When you get it, there's a sticker on a chip just above the USB3.0 header with the version. This might help you avoid unpacking it if it doesn't have the version you need. I would have had a problem if it didn't support a series 3000 (only had a series 1000 around and wouldn't have been able to update the BIOS). Hope this helps.

Q: When it will be available again?

There was a slight delay in production due to the lockdowns in the second quarter of 2020, but production has ramped up once more to meet demand and the boards have been in stock near the start of quarter three of 2020. One of the issues that was being faced that caused the delay was sourcing 20mhz xtal oscillators for the asm1061 apparently

Q: Does it support Ryzen 9 5900x/5950x?

there is a normal BIOS available now that shows support for the ryzen 5000 cpus (there was previously a beta bios that supported them)

Q: How do you remove the retention plate? It looks like it's glued to the motherboard

There's a film of adhesive between the backplate and motherboard. It can be softened with heat. Aiming a hair dryer at one corner of the backplate for 20-30 seconds allowed me to push that mount from the CPU side creating an opening to slip a table knife/guitar-pick/spudger tool in. Work this towards another corner, which might have to be heated again. rinse, repeat. Under 10 minutes. There was some adhesive left around mounting holes but it was easily removed.
