i have been in the health & fitness industry for all my life; owned a gym, certified nutritionist & constant;y studying homeopathic & herbal remedies. these bars are unique! 1-THEY ARE MADE UP OF 25%.....1/4 OF ALL NATURAL HONEY. Honey has more benefits than we will ever know. Unfortunately this fact also gives the bar a higher sugar count. PLEASE LOOK BEYOND THE "STATS" AND READ ALL ABOUT THE BAR. These wonderful treats/energy supplements/post workout fuel Peanut Butta Pro Bars are being removed from the shelves in all my local stores!I fear that they are discriminated because of the sugar count & lower protein number. Your body need a delivery system, a train ride if you will, to be carried to their rightful place and aid in building lean muscle. Simple sugar is unfortunately the easiest thing for nutritious ingredients to hitch a ride on. There are many other delivery systems of course but the simple yet extremely complex choice is 100% all natural Honey !you will love the taste of the Peanut Butta Pro Bars (my personal fav.) I've been eating Stinger bars for some time, but the place I purchase them usually only has the coconut or chocolate variety. This mocha one comes with a caffeine injection equivalent to a strong coffee.Since I use this as energy recovery bars between triathlon workout sets (though strictly speaking, they're protein bars), the extra caffeine helps 'wake up' for the next set. I also have one on the way to office or in the afternoon instead of latte.

I love these protein bars but the brick and mortar store I have bought them from is usually out of stock.I received a discount as I bought over a certain amount.If you are looking for an alternative to a sweet treat - these bars definitely do the trick with 10% protein and 200 calories.The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is that while they were not expired or even close to bring expired they were a harder consistency than the ones I get from the store. It is winter here and I thought the may have gotten cold during delivery. They had been in my drawer for a few days and they still were not very soft. It may have just been this batch but they didn’t taste as good. May give it another try as they were less expensive than the store.

In defense of the vender this product was lost in shipping for weeks so maybe is sat in a hot truck somewhere. The bar can't be eaten without making a mess as the chocolate crumbles off, the color is chalky. I have checked 3 in the carton, and they are all the same.

Love these bars, best tasting protein bar I've ever had. Not too hard, not too chewy, just right. I snack on these daily. Great for pre or post workouts too.

These are the best protein bars made! I am a runner and I've tried about every type and brand of high protein bars and in my opinion these are better than any of them. They were delivered in a timely manner and came intact nicely packed in their original box.

Similar to a few other reviews, I bought these because they are my favorite bars on the market -- when purchased in-store (Whole Foods or REI is where I've bought them). However, my online purchase yielded dry, stale, hard-to-bite bars that taste completely different from bars purchased in store. The bars have not expired, so I don't why they taste so bad. I would definitely buy these bars again in store, but I would not purchase from this seller again.
