I never hit the gym without this waist trainer. I like that you can adjust the size to fit snugly without it being too uncomfortable. It definitely gives me the extra sweat boost I've been needing during cardio. I put it on and then wear my high waisted leggings over it. I feel more supported through my core and back, and it stays in place the entire time and doesn't slip or roll up. It's not too bulky either. At first, I was worried about a potential smell from the sweat, but I literally don't smell anything but the Sweet Sweat Workout Enhancer I use with it (Citrus Mint). After using it consistently, I've noticed a real difference in how much I sweat and how my waist is being defined. If you're trying to shape your waist, this is definitely my highly recommended must have.

I really like this Sweet Sweat band! The Velcro holds well and stays in place during workouts, and it definitely gets the job done—it makes you sweat without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. It wraps snugly around my stomach but still lets me move freely. It’s been a great addition to my workout routine and helps me feel like I’m getting the most out of my sessions!

It works, I wore this while painting because I was up and down a ladder, just wanted to see if minimal exercise generated heat, and I was soaked after. While wearing the wrap I notice I am thirstier, I'm not sure if this is going to do what I want, but it does make me sweat, so I have hope it will help a little. I love how snug it fits, it's not too tight or too loose and you can adjust the Velcro, but it is quite strong, so once it's stuck it's not budging. I can wear a shirt over it and it looks nice, very comfortable, I'm happy with this purchase.

This is the best quality waist trimmer I've ever bought. I think the real reason people buy these is that when you lose weight, the belly can have a little flab to it, and this holds it in place, making exercising feel better with more support The only thing I might change is I wish it had more of a velcro holder to it but not that bad still a great deal worth the money

Quality:Definitely high quality. Does stay in place instead of having to readjust constantly. I gave 4 stars only because I am unable to get the top part tight enough without having a gap. Mid section and lower ars fit great.

What can I say that hasn’t been described earlier in other reviews. I love it. It’s amazing. It works with everything does not drip sweat from it. It’s all trapped inside until the boat is loosened and taken off. Which I thought was amazing although I have had it’s definitely able to hold a lot of someone of very minimal. The Velcro strength is amazing. It has amazing compression and back support and have used it in house cleaning the whole day and withstood a lot of torture lol. 5 starts for an amazing product and very versatile as it is easy to use. Also came it a convenient mesh wash bagOh I also love the non skip rubber use inner lining. Genius!!!

Price was $28. So worth it, helps me sweat a lot and leaves me looking slim after taking it off. Good quality and comes with a bag so you can wash it.
