A Concise History of Germany (Cambridge Concise Histories)

The author, Mary Fulbrook, is a well-published historian, but this was my first "exposure" to her writing. I will read more! She writes very well, and has a gift for analysis and interpretation. The book is one of a series of concise histories.

Readable, concise, interesting and fun to read

I just returned from a trip to Germany and this book provided a helpful history so I could understand the culture more completely.

Being German, to know where we came from, what was our evolution

Too boring to finish reading.
