The 22 oz is a plain bottle in whatever color / design you choose. The 22 oz custom is a Personalized Laser engraving. you can choose a work or a saying to be etched in to the bottle of whichever color / design you choose.

Not as good as the small version

I have two 22oz bottles for my kids' lunches and those will keep ice water for 2 days, no lie. But with this 64 oz, I tested the first night I got it—filled it with ice and water and it was completely melted the next morning. I'm super disappointed b/c the smaller version works *so* well. I really wanted to be able to use something large that would hold cold like their small sizes.
