We had excellent customer service! We were able to fix the problem with the shower head and now we love it! Very hard water will break down the beads faster so you may have to replace them more often. But over all we would recommend.We were so excited about this shower head. The first month was awesome! We had great water pressure. However in the last 30 days it has started leaking and spraying water out of the top of the head. It completely flooded the bathroom this morning spraying water everywhere.
