Best of: Xyz

First of all, I've been a die-hard fan of XYZ from their late 80s and early 90s. Terry Ilous (Vo) and rest of the bands are just phenomenal with blended Hard Rock, Ballads, and Bluesy. Very underated is the guitarist - Mark Diglio nothing why with heavy and catchy riffs, shredding guitars, and tone/feel. Needless to say Don Dokken was their producer for their debut album so I digged in right away. I still love their most recent work with a newer line up. Terry then expanded his horizon by joining other bands such as Great White, Vagabands, i.e. Currently he is running the 2019 tour with XYZ band, starting with The Monsters Of Rock Cruise, and they are preparing a new album to be released this year. Terry is also actively supporting his solo album ‘Gypsy Dreams’, with show dates to be announced !Now, back to this CD. I cannot tell you what a big surprise! I had Terry signing an autograph on this album cover!! This made my day and this best album indeed is no filler, straight up Rock&Roll! I listen to it daily on my commute to work getting pumped and feel like I'm on top of the world lol:) Must get, and also reach out for their previous albums too

Great CD

These guys could rip up a song and tear your ears apart with their hard melodic rock. I gave it a four instead of a five only because I didn't want to brag too much about them but if you like hard charging melodic rock then you really should pick up this cd. It will be everything you expect it to be and maybe you could spread the word to others who like this sound. Happy listening!

Nice to have all these songs on one disc. Good introduction for those who are unfamiliar with XYZ.
