Some good information, book references their video...which is not available to the general public. A lot of the info is on u-tube videos so not a lot of new information.Does give sequences for application of their product-which is nice.

While the information on the different kinds of Jade available was very interesting, the rest of the book is very very basic.There are no parts of the 3 routines that are different or exceptional when compared to the vast majority of YouTube videos out there. Indeed, most videos available on social media demonstrate the movements more clearly, as this book lacks clear images for most of the steps mentioned for the different tools used.Large sections of the book are repeated, verbatim, for each of the tools, helping to bulk out the book to its already-lean 60-odd pages.A disappointing purchase as there is so much more information on these treatments that could have been included.

As a complete beginner in the world of jade rollers and general Asian beauty rituals, I found this book very interesting and helpful. It first details the history and properties of the stones used in Chinese beauty tools (jadeite, nephrite, etc.) - which ones to use in what context and how to recognise and get the maximum benefits of each stone.This book then follows with a very easy guide on how to use rollers and stones, the movements precisely described with pictures and illustrations, which I found to be incredibly useful. Generally, the book is well written and really well structured. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in improving their beauty routine!

I bought this as a gift for my friend. She loves the natural approach to beauty and I had seen she uses a few of White Lotus’s products. The feedback was great she loves the book and has purchased the products to put the beauty techniques into action.

I expected more picture in the book and even a little more information in it.I find this book after I received it a little pricey.It's a very thin little book.
