Ok at best.
It's ok. It is very flimsy and the bars that separate the feed slots is pointless. It is so flimsy and doesn't lay flat so I just removed it. I was looking for something to hang that wouldn't take up a lot of room in their brooder but I don't see saving this for the next batch. More like a one round type product. It would seem like they could use a little thicker plastic and attach the seperation bars a different way and it would be a lot better product.

however it is sturdy and serves its purpose
A little smaller than expected, however it is sturdy and serves its purpose. I ended up having to buy a bigger one within about 3 weeks of this one because it just wasn't big enough for my growing ducklings. It would be perfect for someone who raises a bunch of chicks and can get multiple uses out of it.

Good brooder/young chicken feeder
I am quite happy with this feeder. I wanted a feeder I could hang to keep my chicks from defecating in their food. This feeder is almost perfect. It is made of a light plastic, but I don't see how this matters to my baby chickens. Many people on here seem to have problems with it, but I don't see how this is a problem. Others have had a problem with the divider. There is a groove that it fits into, once in the groove it stays in place. Mine has a plastic crossbar at the top instead of a metal hanger. I just hang it on some safety wire wrapped around the plastic top bar. I do wish it was a little more sturdy, but it does the job well. This is the only brooder sized hanging feeder I could find, and I am not dissapointed.

Too thin
I didn’t expect this feeder to be almost paper thin.

Bad design and a LOT smaller than pictured!!!
This is so small it is only for 1 week old baby chicks. Horrible design doesnt stay together. Cheap thin plastic. Not worth it.

My girls would just pick it up and throw it out in the yard and would pick through all the food to get to the good stuff.
The plastic green piece doesn't stay in the container. My girls would just pick it up and throw it out in the yard and would pick through all the food to get to the good stuff.

Not for grown hens.
It's a bit flimsier than I thought. I don't think it will last that long, but to be fair, I thought it was for grown chickens, not chicks. My ladies will probably rough this up pretty quickly.
