The rebirth series starts with the return of the Joker (sounds familiar right?...) But in all seriousness, this recycled idea is dark, exciting and always welcomed in the Batman Beyond universe. The series and movie had it's dark, mature moments, especially for a supposed kids show, but the comics seem to intensify those themes. As the fans mature, so should the series, and this is a perfect example how to do it. This is a really solid story as well, having to do with the Jokerz and the return of Terry. There are quite a few twists and turns throughout that keep you engaged.
