Arrived promptly however found that pieces were missing so unable to complete the model. Trying to rectify the issue by having another model sent out but it’s proving difficult as they cannot locate the order!

Missing parts
Purchased this kit as a recuperation gift for my 91year old dad, he was enjoying constructing it only to find about 10 parts missing, I ordered another kit only to have the same problem. Expensive mistake

brilliant if the parts are ALL there
This product is well made and was delivered quickly. The product came sealed after my grandson sent severalhours constructing the ship he found serval large pieces missing. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Missing pieces!
Like others have said, would be great if all the pieces were there. 3 missing pieces that I’ve noticed so far. Missing pieces seems to be a regular occurrence with this product.

Terrible
Pieces were missing! Cannot complete the model. Very disappointed. This was a gift for my Granddad, and he is also upset.

Great delivery etc - unfortunately missing parts
The whole purchase was great and received the item when stated, unfortunately there were some parts missing even though the box was sealed and undamaged.
