Can't expect much for the price, but works well, just not under water, I really wanted a whistle to work under water

Any type of signaling device for scuba diving is an absolute must have. Just in case of an emergency or you’re trying to make contact with someone above the water. But you want to get something that is reliable & efficient. This is it. Just in case you have to signal for a boat above or a boat or aircraft this is amazing. Super super loud & I carry it on every dive (fresh or salt) water. Hasn’t faded or broke. Like the little rope & clip. Like the color. Looks & feels high quality!

I love the whistle it works great. It is a scuba diving safety whistle that we are using for Therapist and Volunteers in a therapy pool. I ordered this whistle because of the clip-on, which works great hooking it on the suit or shirt for on deck instruction. For Women the clip works well in the water. However the Lanyard is not long enough for around the neck so I replaced the lanyard with parachute cord. The Lanyard is in case the chip-on function comes off the Whistle will not be lost, and males can have them in the pool.

The reason I bought these was because I broke the key ring end off my black dive whistle. I am certified for diving too. Think these are great and practical, I really love the yellow color and really easy to see. I put them on all 3 key ring sets - makes finding keys easier too. Also put on backpacks on trips. Also attach one to bike when biking along with the pink mace. Also gave them to family members too for emergencies. Think they are great for anywhere - diving, pool, parks, biking, etc.

Not quite as loud as expected, but does the job. Be careful of the tie rope that it comes with - repeatedly came untied, no matter how it was knotted - eventually lost upon entry, will have to reorder.
