Amazing product, wish we had bought it years ago! Really simple to install and clean, great price, looks good, allows water to drain freely whilst catching hair. My husband was being driven mad by huge clumps of hair blocking the bath pipes, he say's it's quite literally "the best invention"

This is a LIFESAVER. It's so great to have something that captures my hair so well during my shower, it saves me so much time (instead of trying desperately to corral my hair away from the drain). Glad to know I'm preventing my drain from clogging.Because my hair is long and I shed a lot, I need to clean the tubshroom often (i.e. after every time I wash my hair). Because my drains are shallow, the tubshroom kind of sits on top of the drain, which affects the water flow (the water pools quite a bit) and sometimes I'll accidentally knock it over.But if your drains are configured well, and if you don't mind cleaning the hair off afterwards (it's quite satisfying), it's a great product!

This is a good product that deserves 5 stars but is sadly let down by the lack of a very important piece of info. In order for the product to fit and work as viewed, it's essential for buyers to know the plug hole needs to be at least 32mm. It would be really useful for this on the various images, company website etc.. however there's nothing to be found. That aside and if you do have the correct plug depth, this product looks great and performs great in both catching hair and flow rate.

I bought this for my shower, instead of the shower-specific one, and it has been great. It catches loads of hair, including body hair, and has helped draining. Fits well and does not protrude too much. I have a modern shower in a new build, if that helps.Really easy to keep clean. I've been using for 6 months and clean it once a week with spray and a small brush. I also clear the gathered hair after each hair wash. I wait till it dries a bit then remove with toilet paper. I saw the reviews about getting mouldy, dirty and rusty but haven't found that at all.

Have had this for 2 months and it's the most effective bath hair catcher I've ever had (catches more than other ones I've used), whilst looking nice (you don't see the hair it catches) and also being toe friendly due to the dome shape. Amazing how much hair your head sheds in a few days! Sorry for gross picture.Well worth the money - as well as being effective, it feels well made so hopefully will last. The standard rubber ring that was fitted when it arrived fit my normal bath waste but it comes with 2 other sizes as well - I think 1 bigger and 1 smaller? - if you have a non-standard bath. I just took out my pop-up plug and stuck this in.I did NOT get this for free in return for a review. I bought it and am pleased with it.

Cannot really use it in every shower. My drain is not deep enough to support this. I am now using it on my bathroom sink and it works fine. But definitely not for every shower.

My wife casts more hair than a Siberian husky during a seasonal change and it was a matter of time before the hair monster evaded the standard shower trap and caused a headache!Having no idea this product existed I had an idea in my head of what I wanted, so I set about my Amazon search bar to see what I could find. I quickly came across the tub shroom and it looked like the exact thing I had thought of!I admit the price put me off so I did keep looking but I kept coming back to this. Most of the reviews were good other than those I do not think understood the concept, but this would fit perfectly into my shower drain so I was confident it would work, and work perfectly it has.Upon delivery and releasing the shroom from the packaging I could understand where the price point came from, there was no doubt this was a solid piece of kit made from high quality materials.The sizing advertised was accurate therefore it fitted snuggly into my drain creating a seal with my chosen style of end piece, there is no notable reduction in speed of my shower draining until the shroom begins to clog with hair which lets me know it's time to clean it, whip it out, clean it up and back to it. Increased drain protection and looks good doing it, would happily buy again

The hair trapper fits my shower perfectly and it is great that an additional rubber seal is included as part of the pack. Other seals of different sizes (which I don't need for my shower) are also included and could be used elsewhere as necessary. The water drains away without any obstruction and the trapped hair is easy to remove. Great value and perfect for the job.
