Much better than AMD equivalent
Nice card. It's big however it's fast handles a big load I play bo3 on highest settings with this. It also comes with GeForce experience and some other nice programs I'm usually not a person for free programs to optimize your computer however it works really well and has shadow play so that's cool. All in all its a nice card.

A little loud, but fantastic reference based card
This thing ranks #9 in most video card charts as of today and is a fantastic budget card for those that would like to stick with Nvidia and need to upgrade from a 4 or 5 series card. It has more than enough memory for taxing games and runs pretty cool with it's stock reference blower. The blower does get a bit loud as most stock blowers do when you're playing more intensive games, but is inaudible otherwise. For those of you that will most likely ask, yes there is some coil whine on older games that don't support v-sync or when your frame rate is at 1600fps in some odd menu in an older game. Coil whine isn't present doing much of anything else that I noticed. This is pretty typical of your 6 and 7 series cards though, so don't be freaked out. Even the higher end cards will whine.

This is a fantastic card.
This is a fantastic card...and definitely worth picking up over anything in the newer 9xx series BELOW the 970GTX.... In a nutshell, if you want to play older titles at 1080p resolution, with max or near maximum settings (nothing forced in the nvidia control panel, all application controlled), and you still want a competitive edge over the newer consoles...this well keep you above console frame rates for the next few years. If you want a set it and forget it card, this is what you're looking for...if you aren't worried about overclocking, temperatures, size of the graphics card or you are not planning to SLI...this is the best card to get right now in my opinion. For my build I put mine in a Coolermaster 130, I don't think I have seen the gpu go anywhere near 80c at full load. I do not have any extra fans, only the ones that come in the case and obviously the blower style unit on this card. It definitely pulls its weight in the ventilation department. This card can get very loud though when the fan kicks on 80% it sounds like you are flying down a tunnel @ 60mph, when the fan hits 100% we are in full take off mode and I half expect this thing to have wings come out of its sides and take off with my computer to wherever it needs to go with that much speed. I'm not really trying to be funny here, I am actually being completely serious...but I also have a monitor with built in speakers....if you are familiar with built in ANYTHING you know that you are going to get less quality with an AIO device...suffice to say the speakers on my monitor are garbage, but they do a good job of drowning out the background noise coming from the fan. I have built an enormous collection over the years and most of them are on Steam, valves proprietary software for installing games..BUT, most of them are older titles ranging all the way back to 2008, that's why I picked up this card. Most of the games I own are starting to show their age...for instance I had a laptop with a 750m that can run Skyrim flawlessly @ 1080p, but it struggles on newer titles. The quality is obviously not the same between Skyrim and some newer games as far as graphics are concerned, but to the untrained eye they are pretty close. The 7XX series cards work MUCH better than any card below the 970 in older games...in fact a benchmark has been performed comparing the 760 to the 960 in Crysis 3, and with both computers running the same components, the 760 actually pulls close to 60fps at ultra detail, while the 960 can barely keep 45 without stuttering... I know Kepler and Maxwell are different architecture, and undoubtedly there will be a lot of people who are skeptical about this card...because well it's Zotac, and not eVGA or ASUS or some other top name brand that people fanboy on about...but for $150 how can you go wrong? You know you are going to get rid of the card in a few years anyway...that's just the way technology works..if you're on a budget, or you just don't feel like dropping $300 on a card that's ALSO about to become outdated anyway..this is the card for you. Finally, I would like to state for the record that this card ranges anywhere from 50-75% as good as the 970...the value is great though because for half the price of a 970. You get what you pay for!

Excellent card even today for most basic applications
Excellent card even today for most basic applications. Quiet, cool, and very easy to overclock when needed. Cinebench 88.31 fps Open GL. Linux, Mac, and Windows with no real fuss or trouble.

Get ready for take-off.
I'm returning this. I've had a lot of video cards. Never anything close to this loud. The fan on this video card is so load you can hear it running outside. Useless to me as I am using it in a recording studio.

Gets really hot but not many performance issues.
This card has little to no lag what-so-ever but my problem is that it gets VERY hot at times and sometimes in games if you look up at the sky too quickly the card dies for a second and then comes back to life approx 5 seconds later. After about a month of ownership I took it out of the machine and discovered white burn marks on the soldering on the back of the card. This may though be because it is the bottleneck of my machine.

Great in SLI
I'm using two of these in SLI with an Intel Z87 motherboard. No issues whatsoever in any benchmark or game I have tried thus far. Skyrim runs beautifully. No driver or SLI issues at all. Better than a single GTX 780 in most applications.

this is an amazing card. WoT on max
For the price, this is an amazing card. WoT on max, 90-110 FPS, WoW on ultra, 90 fps, etc... Card runs quiet and smooth. Just be warned that it is a monster. I had to actually reroute some of my power wires to get this 2 slot beast in on my asrock mobo.
