We love "The Kissing Hand," and this book is equally touching.

Although it's a kids book, I can relate to the story of having to say goodbye to the house I grew up in for the last time. All of the books I've gotten for the grandkids in this serious have been absolutely precious.

My grandson age 7 loved it! Addressed issues in life a child could face on the child’s level. Illustration were great

If you are in a situation such as a divided family, and your child is having troubles adjusting to their new life situation, this is the perfect book to read to them. Read it first with your own box of tissues next to you, though. It is very touching, but your child will know there are some very special things that, no matter what the situation may be, cannever be taken away from them.
