I'm not sure why I couldn't find these at my local drugstore anymore, but I was so happy to find them on Amazon! If Bic is discontinuing these, I will be really upset. They are my favorite razors, and here is why: 1. Affordable. 2. two blades (3 is overkill, if you ask me, and 1 doesn't give quite as reliable a close shave with one "swipe" 3. (and this the big one) NO STUPID "MOISTURIZING STRIP" !! I have found, in the 40 years or so I've been shaving, that the those strips just melt, and gum up the blades. Simple is sometimes better!

For years I've used disposable razors and found they generally do a good job. I don't have a heavy beard, and so far I've used one of these four or five times already and it's still giving me a close shave, YMMV. So, these are very economical.The only two downsides, and they''re not a deal breaker for me are that they're very lightweight, and that the tips are white, which takes a little getting used to because when you look for what area to shave, you generally look for the white of the shaving cream. Since these tips are white, I found myself focusing on the razor initially, and not my face. Once I realized this, it was easy to adjust and not watch the razor itself initially.
