I want to control my own secures! How can I return this stuff? After receiving the kit, I learned the window alarmswould not work with my casement windows. Also, glass breakage sensors would be preferable for my glass patio doors to the door sensors that came with the kit. In addition, the sensors and keypad are bright white, but the power cord is black- ugly and difficult to conceal. The app does not answer all my questions and the shopping link does not work. My bad for not doing better research. That said, the motion detector works fine and the system notifies you of activity. ### ⭐ Not what I expected *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 15, 2019* The system looks good quality but it doesn’t work anywhere but in the US and if your house is inside the service area of one of the cellular carrier this device support.If you are installing this system outside the US it won’t work. First you have to create an account in their site in order to activate the device and to use the App, but when it asks for your address it has to be an USA valid address if not it won’t let you finish creating the account.
