Who knows whether this item will stand the test of time or not, but it meets the specs dimension wise, the bearings spin at the expected rate, and the rubber wheel seems standard. I'm using this to replace a Tumi wheel - the original was 75mm outer diameter, so the replacement was a little smaller at 65mm, but it still functions well within tolerance range - the reason I settled here was the inner diameter of the bearing is 6mm, and there weren't any good matches at 70mm or 75mm for that - I would have had to do an 8mm to 6mm step stud to make it go, and I don't have the gear (I'm traveling) to make sure that fits right.

Great wheels, comes w/ all the hardware and two lengths of axles
Wheels are quiet and seem durable. I installed the night before a trip. Installation time and difficulty depends on accessibility to the wheels on your suitcase. If easily accessible it takes 5 minutes and an Allen wrench which is included with the hardware. Hardware included 6 washers, so the wheels doesn’t have slide around the axle. Would buy again but hopefully these last as long as the original wheels.

Replacement for pelican roller case
Bought these are a cheap replacement for my pelican camera case. The old wheels were so noisy and hard. These make the case much easier in airports. The switch was easy, taking a total of about 5 minutes with a screw driver and a punch tool. Inexpensive upgrade for an expensive camera case.
