Let's get something straight right away about my use of this product. I do not use this lubricant for the purpose that it is intended for, and for the reason that others may use it for.I use this product as a Colostomy Bag Lubricant. This may be counterintuitive, and it may be hard for some people to comprehend, but Colostomy Bag Lubricant is extremely expensive, because it is a medical product, and it is sold exclusively by medical supply company's and colostomy product manufacturers. These companies make BIG, ENORMOUSLY HUGE, RIDICULOUSLY LARGE PROFITS on the sale on an expendable medical supply WHICH IS ESSENTIALLY THE EXACT SAME THING as the Shibari Water Based Intimate Lubricant. The only difference between the Shibari Water Based Intimate Lubricant and the colostomy bag lubricants that are sold by medical supply company's today, is the Shibari Lubricant is much much cheaper, it is a little bit runnier and thinner in viscosity than the colostomy bag lubricants that I have used in the past, and a colostomy bag lubricant has a deodorant added to decrease the odors associated with using a colostomy bag. Colostomy bag lubricants may also have antibacterial and antifungal agent additives as well, I really don't know about any additives they may have added, and the ingredients ARE NOT LISTED on any of the bottles of the lubricants that I have purchased.Anyone who has to use a colostomy bag MUST USE A LUBRICANT for the inside of the bag. The product is used to lubricate the inside of the bag once or twice a day, or every time the bag is emptied, so that your waste products do not stick to the inside of the bag, and also so that the bag can be emptied easily. An 8 oz bottle of Colostomy Bag Lubricant can cost up to $30.00 or more for a single bottle, and it can be easy to go through 2 or more bottles a month, depending on how often the bag has to be emptied, and also on how often you have bowel movements. The cost of a single 32 oz bottle of the Shibari Water Based Intimate Lubricant makes this product the best value for the money on the market that I have ever been able to find, hands down, and it works at least as well as the best colostomy bag lubricants that I have ever used. The only difference that I have found between the two different products is that colostomy bag lubricants have that deodorant added to it to decrease smells, which I have found has very limited benefits when it comes to really decreasing the odors associated with having a colostomy bag in the first place, and colostomy bag lubricants seem to be a little bit "Stickier" in consistency, so they tend to "stick" a little bit better to the inside of a colostomy bag. I have found that using a spray type air deodorizer works better to decrease the odors that spring into the air when I have to empty my colostomy bag than anything else available for use in the colostomy bag lubricants as a deodorizer. With all of that having been said, I highly recommend this product as the best lubricant available on the market that I have ever been able to find on a volume Vs price cost basis, and I have bought and tried a LOT of different products before I was able to find this Shibari Water Based Intimate Lubricant product. I wish that it was a little bit "Thicker" in consistency so that it would be a little bit "Stickier" for my uses, but other that that, the price VS volume is an exceptionally great value for the money, especially if you have to use a lot of this type of product. The consistency from bottle to bottle is a little bit off sometimes, one was very good, the next was a little bit on the "runny" side, but the product does the job cheaply and works very well for my uses, and that is the main thing that concerns me more that anything else. I do not have any medical insurance to buy my Ostomy Supplies or to reimburse me for my medical costs, so this product is just what the doctor ordered for me as far as I am concerned.

We really like this stuff...have used it for a very long time.
This is a great personal lubricant and a much better value than the stuff you find at the drugstore. It is water-based, super smooth and slippery too. It is great right out of the bottle, but you can also thin it out just a little if it is too thick for you. We use 2 parts Shibari and 1 part water as a mix. It works great, is very slippery and makes the bottle last a little longer. Just get yourself a little squeeze bottle and mix it yourself. It is non-staining, and we have never had a problem with any irritation after use. Give it a try. I think you will like it as much as we do.

High Quality Product, Low Quality Packaging
This quality of this silicone-based personal (sexual) lubricant is 5-star and here's why: It goes the distance -- a little goes a long way, and it never gets sticky, and you don't have to reapply as frequently as with other lubers; fantastic/ideal consistency and texture -- the maker has fine-tuned its formula so the final product is neither too thick nor is it too thin, but it's just right! Along with an ideal viscosity, this lube is smooth as silk and never gritty; and this product is odorless and tasteless which is exactly how a lube should be. In addition to the high quality of product, this lube is a high-value purchase, meaning the raw cost per ounce is quite low in comparison to other lubes, but the relative high quality of this lube punches well above it's weight price-wise and outperforms many, many other lubes that are far more expensive. Those are the things that are in the WIN column -- and there are enough items ticked off in this column that this lube definitely deserves a closer look if you're looking to purchase a high-quality lube. But here is the ONLY observable shortcoming of this product: The packaging/bottle sucks (no pun intended)! When I opened up the box, the screw cap was loose (thankfully the bottle was still factory-sealed so there was no leakage) and I could just picture a future lube catastrophe if I (foolishly) decided to transport this lube to-and-fro without the added protection of a ziplock bag. But I didn't need to picture it... because I tossed this lube in my backpack after placing it inside a quart-sized freezer bag. Later that day when I was rummaging through my bag for something, I noticed that a fairly substantial amount of lube had leaked out into the bag thanks to the jankey, insufficient bottle cap. So when I returned home later that evening, I transferred the bottle's remaining contents to a competitor's empty bottle (I won't mention their name, but I can give you a hint that the brand name rhymes with BALM), reclaimed the leaked lube to the new bottle with the help of a now very-slippery funnel, and have been enjoying the product every since without any problem.I highly recommend this product -- because it functions in it's designed capacity perfectly and gloriously AND because it is a great bargain. But I also recommend: a) That once this item arrives that you transfer the contents to a dependably secure dispenser bottle, and that b) the maker/distributor sell this product in a more leak-proof dispensing bottle -- because that's the only thing holding this product back from delightfully slippery excellence!

Good size bottle for the price.
Great price for the amount of product. We have no complaints and it works great for us. We used to buy the 64oz ID Glide until the price went up so high. Have purchased this product multiple times and will continue to buy.

Slip Sliding Away, GREAT Song, BUT LOL.
Pros for Slip sliding away, YES quite slippery : ).. Also Pro ODDLY is taste? Don't get me wrong, ODD taste But not bad. Another Pro EASY wash up with minimal soap. Thank Goodness. NOW For cons.. (Minimal as they may seem) Slight residue even after a quick soap wash, BUT that also depends on general hygiene after use, or even NON Use For example testing taste? I know sounds ODD but yeah I would not taste AFTER ? Uhm, for Good reasons LOLOL. But Try a drip on hand lather it around, taste ? (well up to U) Then use a tad more like a lotion? Per Se, and use a fast soap wash rinse, You will notice the slight residue. NOT a Bad Con, at all. Just a FYI. TYTY for SLIPPERY WHEN WET? And or Slip Sliding OUT THE DOOR and AWAY FAR FAR AWAY ? LOLOL : )
